A PM who never left the terminal

I started on the infrastructure side — hardening servers, auditing security — before moving into project management. I kept the technical reflex; it's why I can scope a sprint and its database schema in the same conversation.

I'm an IT Project Manager and Tech Lead with 8+ years of experience, and I've led the full-lifecycle delivery of 7+ web and mobile SaaS products across healthcare, pharma, insurance, real estate and on-demand services. I run squads of 5 to 7 developers on 2-3 week sprint cycles, working hands-on with the stack myself (Angular, Node.js/NestJS, Flutter, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, REST API, JWT, OWASP). Before moving into project management I started out as a System Administrator & Security Auditor (2019-2021), and that is still where my rigour around security and architecture comes from. I hold a Master's in Computer Engineering (ENSI, Casablanca, 2021-2023), earned alongside full-time work. Since June 2021 I've been Tech Lead & Project Manager at DIGI4 in Casablanca, and since 2022 I've also worked independently as a technical consultant and project manager for a handful of premium clients, including an international client based in North America. I build AI-augmented delivery workflows (Claude AI, GitHub Copilot, Gemini) and have cut spec-writing time by roughly 40% across my teams. I'm the PM who runs delivery without surprises, and the Tech Lead who designs the systems.
